Founded in 2009, Progressive~Fresh began as the intellectual property of a Metro-Detroit musician looking to expand local artists' fanbases by throwing parties and showcases in the area. As the parties began to attract a following he began to extend his expertise to others as a service. Through a partnership with local record label Big Business Entertainment, Progressive~Fresh began managing up and coming artists, handling booking, promotion, sales, and fan support. After fully assimilating the label Big Business into the company's umbrella, Progressive~Fresh undertook the duties of a full upstart record label itself. While catering to a mixed crowd of urbanites, hipsters, young adults, electro fans, and hip-hop heads the market was still open for expansion to those of a more traditionally hardcore crowd. That is where the partnerships with PowerLine Music, Be#1 Entertainment, and DC Productions come into play. Currently the pursuit of perfection in this industry is far from over and we will not conceed to the opposition, with bases in Detroit, Farmington, Novi, Southfield, Livonia, and Berkeley, Michigan we intend to take the local detroit entertainment industry to a new level.
Our specialty is getting the word out about an event you have scheduled. What good is having the perfect idea to get people together is no one shows up? We'll get the word out and make sure that the bodies are in!
